The exhibition includes photography, video and installation works of Jamie Maxtone-Graham and Nguyen Thuy Tien, the two artists from two generations who have been working very closely to Nha San.

Using photography as their language, each of these artworks tells distinctive stories of the interaction between the camera and their subjects, creating whimsical conversations between subject and object during the making process.

After sixteen operating years, 2014 is the year of turning point when Nha San Collective moved to the new house at 24 Ly Quoc Su. With many expanding activities, which help bringing contemporary art closer to the public, Nha San Collective is building its firm cornerstone in developing a space, where artists and audiences can communicate together and create an open-minded, flexible, and dynamic contemporary art community. This event includes the 16th birthday celebration of Nha San Collective with all of the obstacles and opportunities ahead.

Moreover, the event will be continued with the performances by DomDom (Đom Đóm) -  the first independent experimental art and music center in Vietnam, founded by artist Kim Ngoc.
